Payments

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once an order has been shipped, Kuluna is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Due to the nature of swimwear, all swimwear purchases are final sale for hygiene reasons unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time.
